The Ms. Black World Houston Beauty and Modeling Pageant was started in 1995 by Prince W. Rolle School of Music, a Minority Firm serving Houston since 1981.

ABOUT THE PAGEANT
The Pageant promotes African American Ladies, ages 18-32, in Houston and surrounding areas. Contestants must compete in the Swimsuit, Talent, Evening Gown and Interview Competitions. The Winners are selected by a Panel of Judges and receive Cash Awards, Prizes, and make Appearances throughout Houston.
